1. Booking Policy​

• Online Booking: Customers can conveniently book their appointments online through our website. Please ensure you receive a confirmation email to finalize your booking.

• Cancellations and Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service price.

• No-Shows: If a customer fails to show up without notice, the full amount of the service will be charged.

 

2. Payment Policy​

• Online Payments: Payments for services can be made online through our secure payment gateway during the booking process. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) and digital payment methods.

• In-Person Payments: Customers can also pay in-person using credit cards, debit cards, or cash upon arrival for their appointment.

• Refund Policy: Refunds are not available for completed services. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

3. Gift Card Policy

• Purchasing Gift Cards: Gift cards can be purchased online through our website or in-store. They are available in customizable amounts and can be redeemed for any service offered at Aira Foot Spa.

• Gift Card Usage: Gift cards must be presented at the time of service. They cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other promotions or discounts.

• Gift Card Expiration: Gift cards do not expire, making them a perfect gift for any occasion.

• Non-Refundable: All gift card sales are final and cannot be refunded.

 

4. Arrival Policy

• Early Arrival: To ensure you have a relaxing experience, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for check-in and to settle in.

• Late Arrivals: We understand that life can get busy. If you arrive late, we will try our best to accommodate you; however, your session may be shortened in consideration of the next guest.

 

5. Health and Safety

• Client Health: Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to your service so we can adjust the treatments to ensure your safety and comfort.

• Sanitation: Our spa follows strict hygiene and sanitation protocols. All tools and equipment are thoroughly sanitized between clients, and we adhere to the highest cleanliness standards.

 

6. Privacy Policy

• Personal Information: When you book an appointment or purchase a gift card, we collect certain personal information such as your name, email, and payment details. This information is used solely for providing services, booking confirmations, and transactions.

• Security: Your personal and payment information is processed securely, and we do not store or share your financial information with any third parties.

 

7. Children Policy

• Spa Environment: To maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, children under the age of 12 are not allowed unless they are receiving services. We kindly ask that all guests be mindful of others when using electronic devices.

 

8. Promotions and Discounts

• Special Offers: Promotions and discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Discounts may apply to select services and are valid for a limited time.
